Notes from our 2007 Celebration:
"We had so much fun, I am so grateful to be a part of this community. Congratulations again, Vickie, for all the magic that your co-creativity is bringing to us all."
"How powerful it was to send our prayers out with the lanterns, to the sound of our drumming hearts beating together? Hope you enjoy the energy in some of these photos for many moons to come..."
"I just wanted to tell you how much fun I had on Saturday night drumming with all the wonderful spirits who you've brought together over the years. I've never experienced anything like it and I really feel blessed that I was a part of that moment. Having been such a therapeutic event, I felt invigorated and inspired to keep in touch with this group. You know you had a good jam if your hands are sore the next day. Why don't we have the circle down by the bay every month? Thank you again for the invitation and I look forward to the first Saturday in November."
"Vicky, this email is for you and all the very special people in attendance at the Women's Drum Circle Anniversary Celebration last night. I would like to extend a very sincere and warm THANK YOU!"
"The Drum Circle just gets better and better. I can't believe how my life has changed since being at the Drum Circle anniversary a year ago. I barely knew anyone in the Drum Circle last year but I knew that I loved the energy and that I was happy to be there. Now, a year later, I truly feel that the women of the Drum Circle are my sisters and I am thankful to be a part of the wonderful energy created by each and every woman there. Vicky thank you so much for starting this group and for keeping it going, I know the resposibility must be daunting at times but there is something very special about this group, it truly has been a healing/growing experience for me and I am so thankful for every minute I have spent with the women in the Drum Circle and learning to drum to the beat of my heart."
and the beat goes on...
